Language bugs swedish
So, there seems to be some weirdness going on with the swedish language.
Firstly there seems to be two different versions depending on what you do.
One directory called for is named sv-SE and the other is named swedish.
And this appears in different ways.
One being when a clients language is set to swedish, emails are sent in english.
Also when a user is created, an error says (after logging in with new user) files are missing sv-SE/xxxx.php

Thanks for reporting. I just tested and I don't get the same results. Please note that
1) Language selection applies to current user, because many guys may work on the system and prefer a particular language.
2) You need to set the system language in settings > Region Format so emails use the system language and not the user prefered language.
3) When settings all to swedish and updating notification templates with fake text (I removed) I get them for selected client using this language. You can test on my server.
4) Client dashboard needs translation. I just need to add the third paramater so that the layout uses customer language. I will do it now.

Client Portal now show Swedish.
Fixed now. But set to default (English), so that user can choose.
About 10-15 seconds on each page-load.
Also I get the same error as before with the emails and encoding problem. åäö-issue...
Please clear cache and let me know. Many things changed on js files
Maybe some files were not updated during the update or some new files are missing?
