fatal Error after install

Hi
After installing and going to the install url I just see a white screen and this error in my server log:

PHP Fatal error: session_start(): Failed to initialize storage module: user (path: ) in /home/sites/imyge.co.uk/public_html/invoice/system/libraries/Session/Session.php on line 141: /home/sites/imyge.co.uk/public_html/invoice/index.php

Any ideas?

Hi, thanks for purchase. This error shows that the soft failed to guess the temp folder of your server. This error is documented in the documentation file section Troubleshoot > Error500. First, open application/config/config.php and locate $config['sess_save_path'] = NULL;
Edit to $config['sess_save_path'] ="/tmp";

If the /tmp does not work, use the function in the documentation to get your server temp folder. Let me know if you need more help
