Remove CDN

Can the cdn.mmanger.fr be removed from the program? I noticed this is used to load the flags, and for security I would prefer not to send a request to an untrusted source.

I am manually altering this file, but once the system updates it will revert back - so not an ideal solution.

Use the http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/flags/ icon pack instead - can be used without any attribution.
