Hi,
Some users have a missing folder (phpmailer) and encounter pdf encryption issue. Here are the fix
1. phpmailer. Unzip and upload to vendor folder https://forums.mmanager.fr/attachments/phpmailer.zip
2. tcpdf. Unzip and upload to application/helpers https://forums.mmanager.fr/attachments/tcpdf.zip
